The trees will be cold again

I'm not sure Invercargill realises its spring. The ground is white and the thunder this morning was scary. I felt sorry for some of the lambs I passed this morning, maybe I should have scarved them...

I'm glad people are enjoying the novelties. It's the first of spring today, and we need to get out of our winter blues.

In the light of morning

The rain and hail destroyed a lot! The trees look warm though.

Glad that people are enjoying it. A couple of this got cleaned up, the pinwheels and ribbons in the roundabout. Yet they still seemed to make the council workers happy. One actually took home the ribbons that manage to survive the hail.

And a scarf protecting a broken tree was taken away when the tree was taken out this morning.

tonight, i'm heading into town to put up things to make you smile - i hope it works. and i hope it doesnt rain...


i've got all sorts of childish things to play with... bubbles, water balloons, pinwheels, swings and everything is in bright fun colours.
